Shane’s passion for life and helping others drives his commitment to counseling. While navigating his own life challenges, he discovered the profound value of the therapeutic relationship and decided to dedicate his career to counseling.

Shane’s primary focus is to create a safe and nurturing space where individuals can explore their challenges and unearth their untapped potential. He’s committed to helping clients overcome obstacles, whether they are battling depression, anxiety, substance abuse, or simply seeking to enhance their overall well-being. He works with a diverse range of clients, particularly guiding young adults aged 16-40 toward a more fulfilling life. He draws from a humanistic/existential foundation, integrating elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy to tailor his approach to each individual’s unique needs.

Outside of the office, Shane spends quality time outdoors with his wife, watching his son race cars, or at his daughter’s dance performances. His perfect day would include snorkeling in the Bahamas with his family under a sunny blue sky.
